This dynamic youth with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and also a Master’s in Science from University of Texas, US has served several U.S based companies in various capacities. Abundant exposure to diverse business environments at home and abroad has groomed him into a fine leader with a keen eye for new business opportunities. Has been heading the operations for the past 5 years under the stewardship of his father, K. Swaminathan.

This charming, ever-smiling youngman with a Master’s in Business Administration from Sellinger School of Business, Baltimore, USA is a financial wizard with exemplary managerial skills who handles the BPO division of Swathi.

M.NATARAJAN
Intelligent and influential, he is the Senior Executive Director(Operations), Swathi Organics and Specialities Private Ltd.(SOSPL) known for his outstanding administrative skills and ability to liaise with statutory agencies and bureaucrats.

R. BALAKUMAR
Patient, polite and persuasive, this Engineer with exemplary interpersonal skills and understanding of statutory requirements, liaises with government agencies and supervises various operations of the Group.
